PLAIN GOODS accepts all major credit cards.
PLAIN GOODS will process your online order within 1 to 3 days and ship via UPS. Out of stock or backorder items will ship as we receive them. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. We will contact you via email if any of your items are out of stock or backordered. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that APO, FPO and P.O. boxes must be shipped through USPS only. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.
All packages are sent signature required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages. If you need to change shipping address after the item has shipped, you will be charged $10 for UPS intercept request. If you miss the final delivery attempt, the second shipping or reschedule fee will be billed to your credit card.
Shipping charges for items that require special handling or international shipments will be provided on an individual basis.
We are not responsible for any delays in weather condition, local delivery errors or international custom clearance. If you use a shipping forwarder company, we are not responsible for any type of loss, accidents or damages after delivered by our shipping carriers.
For international shipments please contact PLAIN GOODS at 1-860-868-0280. Customers are responsible for any additional charges such as customs, taxes or duties incurred during shipping. International orders are non-returnable. These orders may be affected by customs and excess delays.
Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% is added to all orders within the state of Connecticut.
PLAIN GOODS offers exchanges or store credit only within 7 days upon receipt of goods. We do not accept returns for refunds. All vintage, antique, pantry, beauty/grooming, jewelry and discounted items are final sale. Store credits are honored for one year from date of issue. Items must be in original, unused condition with original tags intact.
Approval by phone or email (email@example.com) is required before returning items. Please include a copy of your original receipt. Please pack carefully. PLAIN GOODS is not responsible for damage that occurs in return shipping. Customers' original shipping fees are non-refundable and customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. PLAIN GOODS is not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery to PLAIN GOODS. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. All sale items are final sale.

Our standard wrapping consists of tissue paper, ribbon and the appropriate size bag or box with the PLAIN GOODS label. If your purchase is a gift and you would like to include a message and complimentary card, please include a note in the “special instructions” section at checkout. Please also let us know if you would not like the invoice included in the box.
